Margaret Centra, CPM®,is an integral part of our Billipp Team and has a tenure of over ten years as the primary Asset and Property Manager. She maintains close primary contact with building tenants and properties to ensure upkeep of facilities and continued tenant satisfaction. Margaret has a hands-on approach and performs inspections of all properties, manages on-going property maintenance contracts and repairs as necessary, and establishes property management programs. She works closely with V.P. of Design and Construction relative to tenant finish, design and construction and technical or construction related aspects of the properties. She establishes annual property operating budgets and assists with property management accounting and third-party lender/partner reporting. Margaret is available to work with respective property owner principals, tenants, tenant representatives and third-party owner representatives as liaison relative to facility tours and marketing for new leases, lease renewals and vacancies.

Margaret grew up in Boerne, Texas and is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A.), Marketing. She is very family oriented, enjoys artistic projects and takes great interest in health and nutrition.
