Lori brings her extensive educational and professional training to the Billipp team as Financial Controller. She is responsible for preparing financial statements of real estate development properties, including consolidated cash flow reports and projections, and the accounting and budgeting for real estate property management. All entity accounting and the payroll function is managed by Lori as well as real estate development construction loan draw preparation and accounting.  She is responsible for financial reporting to mortgage lenders.
