Billipp Company are leased to: ABB AUTOMATION, WILLIAMS COMMUNICATIONS, CONTINENTAL AIRLINES, DAIMLER CHRYSLER, ROCKWELL AUTOMATION, UNIVERSAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTE AND OTHERS. Office properties developed by J. A. Billipp Company include the 130,000 SF Concourse at Westway office building located at 4700 West Sam Houston Parkway North leased to STEWART TITLE COMPANY, NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, P&O NEDLLOYD LLC and RYLAND HOMES. J. A. BILLIPP COMPANY also serves as developer and general partner for various joint venture development and investment properties, and can offer unique opportunities for land owners and tenant companies to participate as joint venture partners and co-owners of investment-grade properties. Significant joint venture development projects include the 363,000 SF Forum at Memorial Woods high-rise retirement community located at North Post Oak at I-10 West, and several office and industrial properties.
