J. A. BILLIPP COMPANY has served as
Developer/General Partner for various joint venture development and investment
projects, and can offer unique opportunities for property owners and tenant
companies to participate as our partners and co-owners of high-quality,
investment-grade real estate assets. Significant joint venture development
projects include the 363,000 SF Forum at Memorial Woods high-rise retirement
community located at North Post Oak at I-10 West, and several office and
industrial properties.
